Role Overview
The individual will play a critical role in enabling the seamless execution of influencer campaigns by managing operational and coordination-driven activities. The incumbent will be responsible for handling end-to-endoperational support across influencer collaborations, ensuring timely execution, accurate data management, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Creator Sourcing & Database Management
• Conduct initial prospecting and identify relevant influencers aligned with brand objectives
• Build and maintain a structured influencer database (personal details, engagement stats, niche, etc.)
• Regularly update and refine the in-house influencer master sheet
• Campaign Execution Support
• Manage onboarding and coordination for barter collaborations (in-house pipeline)
• Handle basic influencer communication and follow-ups for posting timelines
• Ensure deliverables are met as per campaign requirements
• Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate product shipments and track dispatch status with internal teams
• Manage payment trackers and ensure timely coordination with finance and influencers
• Liaise with Key Account Managers (KAMs) for stock availability and related data
  
• Data Management & Reporting
• Compile and maintain campaign performance data (awareness metrics, engagement, reach, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all influencer-related data
• Support reporting requirements for campaign analysis and reviews

• Up-to-date influencer database and master sheets
• Timely execution of influencer campaigns
• Accurate tracking of payments, shipments, and collaborations
• Organized and reliable campaign data for reporting
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiency
