Role Description
The SAP End User (SD) will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity.
- Order-to-Cash Cycle: Execute day-to-day transactions within the SAP SD module, including the creation and management of Inquiries, Quotations, Sales Orders, and Deliveries.
- Master Data Maintenance: Maintain and verify accuracy for Customer Master Data and Pricing Condition records to ensure seamless automated billing.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate and verify customer invoices, manage credit/debit memos.
- Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track delivery status and ensure timely shipment of technically demanding plastic parts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the SAP MM (Materials Management) team and production departments to ensure product availability aligns with sales commitments.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as an SAP SD End User
- Solid understanding of Business Processes and P2P cycle related to sales, distribution, order management, and billing, with the ability to map operational needs into SAP SD tasks.
- Having prior experience of master data maintenance is compulsory (customers, materials, pricing, and condition records).
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing industry, especially in plastics is a plus!
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot system or process issues, and validate the accuracy of transactions and reports.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and process compliance.
- Good communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage priorities in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
