Job Description
- As a part of the HR team, you will be responsible for various key functions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Onboarding:
- Coordinating and supporting recruitment efforts which involve job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Conducting reference checks and preparing job offers.
- Facilitating smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Employee Records Documentation:
- Maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS and physical files.
- Preparing and managing HR documents such as employment contracts and promotion letters.
Employee Engagement and Welfare:
- Organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs to ensure a positive work environment.
- Addressing employee grievances and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
Compliance Policies:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Maintaining statutory records such as PF, ESI, and gratuity, and supporting audits.
- Assisting in drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies.
Performance Management:
- Supporting performance appraisal processes and documentation.
- Coordinating training and development programs for employees.
Exit Formalities:
- Managing resignation processes, exit interviews, clearance, and full-and-final settlement procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Experience in hiring for electrical engineering, switchgear, or control panel roles is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools (e.g., ATS).
