We are a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads), SEO, and Email Marketing. We work with clients across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Australia to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

Were now looking for a Business Development Executive (Upwork) who can help us grow our international client base by identifying opportunities, drafting proposals, and closing projects on Upwork and other online platforms.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and winning digital marketing projects on Upwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, proposal writing, client communication, and sales closure specifically in the digital marketing domain.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for relevant projects on Upwork related to Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
  • Write compelling and customized proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients through chat, message boards, and video calls.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to create accurate project estimates and timelines.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close deals.
  • Maintain and track the performance of bids and conversions using CRM or internal tools.
  • Stay updated on Upwork trends, competition, and new service opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the project delivery team for smooth client onboarding and project kickoff.

Required Skills & Qualitfications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working on Upwork or similar freelance platforms (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (PPC, SEO, Meta Ads, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to write persuasive proposals and handle client objections effectively.
  • Experience in handling international clients (U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal tracking, and reporting is a plus.
