• 7+ years in Creative, Brand, or Marketing roles
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills
• Expertise in creating social-first, viral campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Experience with startups, advertising agencies, or high-growth consumer brands
• Hands-on exposure to content creation across social media, video, digital, and integrated marketing
• Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams while delivering high-quality execution
• Strong strategic thinking with an obsession for great creative
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A portfolio that showcases bold ideas, impactful campaigns, and memorable brand building
