Manager - Presales - Strategic Solutions
Location: NCR| Experience: 10+ years
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Manager to support enterprise sales by understanding client requirements, designing ESG-focused solutions, and creating high-quality proposals. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate requirements into structured solutions and proposals
- Design solutions aligned with platform capabilities
- Own proposal and SoW creation (scope, timelines, commercials)
- Support sales in pitches, demos, and client discussions
- Work with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in pre-sales / solution consulting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to SaaS or consulting environments
- Basic understanding of ESG / sustainability (preferred)
