National Sales Head - Premium Product

Lead entire sales operations across India for the Premium Category Business:

Develop demand pull and implement sales strategies for achievement of high margins and profitability.

Interact with the key influencers for the Premium category (Architects, Interior Designers, etc).

Sales Plan Achievement:

• Drive the positioning and growth of the Company's premium product portfolio across key geographies and target customer segments.
• Execute annual sales plans, budgets, promotions, trade programs, and premium product visibility initiatives across channels.
• Develop and expand premium retail networks including company outlets, franchisees, premium retailers, and alternate channels to maximize reach and ROI.
• Strengthen existing retailer relationships while onboarding new premium channel partners.

Channel Development & Expansion:

• Build and strengthen a robust premium distribution network to ensure market availability of high-end products.
• Develop strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, architects, interior designers, builders, and institutional partners.

Internal Liaison:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong merchandising.

People Management:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve distribution, visibility, and revenue targets.

Review, Compliance & Collections:

• Monitor sales productivity, profitability, target achievement, and team performance.
