Role & responsibilities
- Contract administration, commercial compliance, and risk mitigation across the project lifecycle
- Contract review, drafting, administration, and documentation control
- Management of variations, change orders, and contractual claims
- Commercial coordination with project, finance, and planning teams
- Cost control support and billing (running bills, final bills, retention)
- Contractual compliance, risk identification, and dispute support
- Maintenance of contract records, notices, and audit documentation
- MIS reporting on contracts, variations, claims, and commercial status

- Experience in construction, faade, infrastructure, or project-based organizations
- Exposure to FIDIC and Design & Build (D&B) contracts
- Strong knowledge of contract clauses and commercial documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and MIS reporting
