HR Lead - Corporate Functions & Talent Management - Manufacturing

• This is a strategic HRBP role with Talent Management responsibilities.
• The person will act as an HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions (Finance, Sales Support, Marketing, etc.) and will also lead the Talent Management CoE for India.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, employee engagement and performance management.
• Driving the complete Performance Management cycle, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Leadership Development across India.
• Working closely with senior leadership and the APAC Talent Team on talent initiatives.
• Using HR analytics and dashboards to support business decisions.

Ideal Profile:

• Strong exposure to Talent Management (Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Leadership Development).
• Preferred candidates from Manufacturing or product-based companies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to regional or global leadership.
• 10 - 15 years of HRBP experience.
