Job Description
What You'll Do :
- Lead end-to-end compensation strategy including salary structures, benchmarking, and annual cycles (merit, bonus, promotions)
- Design and manage India-specific benefits (insurance, PF, gratuity, NPS, wellbeing programs)
- Drive incentive and pay-for-performance programs across manufacturing, sales, and corporate teams
- Ensure statutory compliance and governance across all rewards processes
- Partner with business leaders and HR to provide data-driven insights and pay equity analysis
- Leverage HR systems like Workday/SAP for process excellence and automation
What We're Looking For
- 8-12 years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits
- Strong expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, and benefits management
- Experience in large MNC / matrix organizations
- Exposure to manufacturing / FMCG / FMCD sectors preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills
