We are hiring for a strategic Total Rewards leadership role focused on the South Asia region.
- The position will be responsible for driving and executing compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies across multiple countries while ensuring alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
- The role requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Finance, regional stakeholders, and global Total Rewards teams to design and implement effective compensation structures, annual reward programs, incentive plans, and wellness initiatives. The incumbent will also support regional and global rewards projects, pay equity reviews, and process optimization initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 10+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
- Proven expertise in compensation planning, benchmarking, incentives, and rewards strategy
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills
- Exposure to regional/global rewards projects and cross-country compensation programs
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or similar regulated industries will be an added advantage.
