Currently, we are looking for suitable profiles for Business Development Manager role in one of our very large clients, a leading Japanese multinational automotive component manufacturer with a strong presence in India.
Job Title: Business Development Manager Key AccountsLocation: Gurgaon
Experience: 48 years (Automotive Components)
Role Summary:
Manage and grow key 2-wheeler OEM accounts (HMSI, TVS, Bajaj, Hero). Drive new business, handle RFQs, negotiate commercials, and coordinate end-to-end delivery with plants and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic OEM accounts and customer relationships
- Drive new business development and RFQ conversions
- Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and margin management

- Coordinate with Plant, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics
- Prepare customer presentations, proposals, and market insights
Requirements:
- BE/BTech (Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile); MBA preferred
- 48 years in automotive component sales/account management
- Strong RFQ handling, negotiation, and OEM exposure
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/ERP (SAP/Oracle)
CTC: ?1215 LPA + performance incentives
Growth: Senior BDM ? General Manager
