Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution: Assist in formulating and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
Campaign Management: Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product positioning.
Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience: 5 to 7 years in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for storytelling and brand messaging.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Key areas
- Organize and carry out all digital marketing initiatives, such as campaigns for display ads, email, social media, marketing databases, and SEO/SEM.
- Create, implement, and manage our social media presence.
- All digital marketing campaigns should be measured, reported, and evaluated in relation to objectives (ROI and KPIs).
- To manage our Brand development
- To manage team and their performance
- Determine patterns and insights, then use the knowledge to enhance performance and spending.
- Come up with fresh, innovative growth strategies.
- Plan, carry out, and assess conversion tests and experiments.
- Work together to develop landing pages and enhance user experience with internal teams.
- Make use of your strong analytical skills to assess the entire customer experience through a variety of channels and touchpoints.
- Measure conversion rates and enhance user funnels
- Work along with other vendor partners and agencies.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Brand & Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Education Qualification: MBA or any Post Graduate
