Job Description
- The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and configure Fenergo solutions to align with business requirements. This includes customizing Fenergo workflows, data models, and user interfaces, as well as developing and maintaining integrations with other enterprise systems. Technical documentation for Fenergo configurations and customizations must be written and maintained, in addition to performing unit and integration testing of Fenergo solutions.
As a member of the team, you will provide technical support for Fenergo users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly. Monitoring Fenergo system performance to identify areas for improvement, conducting regular system maintenance including patches and upgrades, and managing Fenergo environment configurations and deployments are essential tasks. Addressing and resolving production issues in a timely manner is critical to maintaining system integrity.
Moreover, collaboration with business analysts and project managers is necessary to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels is important, providing regular updates on project progress and issue resolution. Participation in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions, as well as providing training and support to end-users on Fenergo functionality, is expected.
Ensuring that Fenergo configurations comply with regulatory requirements and security standards, implementing and maintaining security measures to protect Fenergo data, and participating in audits and compliance reviews are part of the role.

To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have 2-5 years of experience in Fenergo development and/or support. A strong understanding of Fenergo platform architecture, configuration, and customization is required, along with experience in Fenergo data models, workflows, and integrations. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, SQL, experience with database systems like Oracle and SQL Server, and familiarity with web services (SOAP, REST) are necessary.
Additionally, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, the capacity to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively are essential. A strong understanding of financial services industry regulations like KYC and AML is advantageous, as well as Fenergo certification, experience with Fenergo modules or versions, knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and experience with CI/CD pipelines.,
