Job Title: Senior AI Developer – IT Productivity (Microsoft Copilot Studio)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer – IT Productivity to backfill a key consultant on an active client engagement. This role is focused on designing and delivering agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, solution architecture experience, and the ability to operate in a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Design & Development (Client Delivery)

• Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop multi-turn conversation flows, topic authoring, and generative AI orchestration
• Build agentic solutions leveraging autonomous actions (Copilot agents, Power Automate flows, APIs/connectors)
• Create and maintain custom connectors, cloud flows, and Dataverse integrations
• Implement fallback logic, escalation paths, and AI safety guardrails aligned to enterprise standards

Agentic Solutions Architecture

• Architect single-agent, multi-agent, and orchestrator-agent solutions across enterprise systems
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate patterns (human-in-the-loop vs. autonomous) based on risk/complexity
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) and Azure services
• Support development of internal agent marketplace/catalog frameworks

Governance & Responsible AI

• Apply AI governance principles (least privilege, prompt injection mitigation, monitoring, kill-switch design)
• Document agent logic, data flow, permissions, and escalation processes
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, residency, and audit requirements
• Participate in AI risk assessments and deployment reviews

Practice & Delivery Excellence

• Monitor deployed solutions for performance, accuracy, and user adoption
• Iterate based on telemetry and client feedback
• Contribute to delivery playbooks, SLAs, and post-deployment runbooks
• Build reusable components, templates, and accelerators
• Stay current on Microsoft Copilot roadmap and apply new capabilities to client environments

Technical Leadership

• Act as SME for Copilot Studio and agentic AI solutions across client engagements
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and design workshops
• Establish development standards and governance frameworks
• Mentor junior developers and client-side citizen developers

Required Qualifications:

Get Hired
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development, automation, or AI solutions
• 5+ years in a client-facing or managed services environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (agent/bot development)
• Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Platform connectors, and Dataverse
• Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding, and RAG concepts
• Experience integrating REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with Azure AI services.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 tenant architecture, licensing, and permissions
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Experience leading technical discovery and solution design sessions

Nice-to-Haves:

• Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks
• Experience building reusable AI/automation frameworks or accelerators
• Background in managed services or consulting environments

Must have skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for at least 5+ years.
• Experience with Azure AI services.
• Strong experience with Power Platform ecosystem.
