Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist to manage and coordinate social media presence and email marketing activities of our US business https://www.proimprint.com/. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning content calendars, coordinating with the creative team, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars across platforms.

· Coordinate with the creative/design team for social media creatives, videos, and campaign assets.

· Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

· Create and maintain newsletter/content schedules.

· Ensure timely posting and campaign execution across channels.

· Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics for social media and email campaigns.

· Work closely with the marketing team to align content with business goals and campaigns.

· Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

We are looking for:

· 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, content coordination, or email marketing.

· Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Creative mindset with attention to detail.

· Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

· Understanding of content planning and campaign coordination.

· Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
