Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced in Accounts to lead and oversee the organizations finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing large-scale corporate financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, driving financial planning, and leading a high-performing accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organization.

Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets.

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and all other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and fund management.

Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, internal controls, and financial policies.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts & Finance team.

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial control mechanisms.

Support management with strategic financial decision-making and business planning.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial Reporting, and Balance Sheet Finalization.

Expertise in Budgeting, Cost Control, Fund Management, and Statutory Compliance.

Experience in handling large-volume corporate accounts.

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP Systems, Advanced MS Excel, and accounting software.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

CA Inter (Preferred)

B.Com

Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Experience in leading finance teams and managing corporate accounting functions.
