Job Description
Position- MSME Junior Sales Officer
Location- Delhi NCR & Panipat
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Minimum 2–3 years work experience in credit sales, preferably working capital in any Bank/NBFC.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new MSME customers for business loans and working capital facilities.
- Sell MSME banking products such as:
- Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft, Working Capital Finance, Business Loans, Trade Finance, Term Loans
- Generate leads through field visits and market mapping.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and MSME clients.
- Understand customers financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Cross-sell liability and fee-based banking products wherever applicable.
