Assistant Manager Corporate Sales

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager with prior experience at Taj Hotels to support overall hotel operations. The candidate will assist the Hotel Manager in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily operations, and high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily hotel operations across all departments.
Supervise staff performance and ensure adherence to service standards.
Handle guest relations, complaints, and service recovery efficiently.

Support financial management, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Coordinate with department heads to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.

Key Skills / Requirements:
3 - 5 years of experience in hotel operations
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Skilled in handling guest complaints and service recovery.
Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in hospitality.
