About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to develop our Web capabilities, creating a way for customers to access their Tala account through a web browser.
What Youll Do

• Integration into the technical front end group.
• Reduction of incidents stemming from lack of knowledge transfer.
• Transformation into subject matter expert.
• Positive contributions to peers in terms of onboarding, day-to-day help, PRs.
• Increased satisfaction among clients (Product, Program).

What Youll Need

• 5+ years of experience in Web development.
• 3+ published web apps.
• Web Development & Code modularization experience.
• Unit testing & Integration testing experience.
• Adept at using Gradle, Jira, Git, Github & Jenkins.
• Excellent communications and a track record of leading change within an engineering organization.
