• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication, value-driven proposals, and consistent follow-ups.
• Travel Coordination: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for the client.
• Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media), delivering prompt and professional support.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on global travel trends, destination updates, and travel advisories to provide expert guidance.
