About Us:

We're seeking a Senior Marketing Technology & Data Analytics professional to own our marketing data infrastructure, analytics stack, and attribution framework.

Role Overview:

You will lead marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting, ensuring accurate, actionable insights across web, app, and marketing channels. This hands-on senior role combines performance marketing, data engineering, and business intelligence.

• Own end-to-end marketing analytics using GA4, including events, conversions, funnels, and audience segmentation
• Build and manage attribution models and ensure accurate tracking across platforms
• Develop executive-level dashboards and translate data into actionable insights (Power BI or equivalent)
• Implement and maintain tracking, pixels, and integrations with ad platforms, CRM, and internal systems
• Own the marketing tech stack, evaluate new tools, and maintain documentation
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance

Requirements:

• 6+ years in marketing analytics, martech, or data analytics
• Hands-on GA4 experience
• Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, etc.) and marketing performance metrics
