Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: 6 months 1 year
Eligibility: Female candidates with a valid spouse visa (Malayali candidates not preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination)
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates
