Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in SAP and other ERP systems to support end-to-end business integrations across Finance, SCM, HR, and Operations. The role involves requirement gathering, interface design review, UAT support, and coordination between business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end business processes across Finance, SCM, HR, and Operations.
• Gather, analyze, and document integration requirements across SAP and non SAP systems.
• Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders and technical integration teams.
• Define interface scope, data flows, validations, and exception-handling rules.
• Review functional specifications, data mappings, and integration design documents for business alignment.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data reconciliation, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure integration solutions meet business needs, system capability, and compliance standards. Required Skills & Experience
• Strong functional understanding of SAP and other major ERP systems. • Hands-on experience in gathering requirements for ERP-to-ERP and ERP-to SaaS integrations.
• Solid understanding of integration concepts, middleware platforms, and system interface flows.
• Experience working with SAP CPI or equivalent tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Work.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable integration requirements.
• Strong documentation skills (FSDs, mappings, flow diagrams).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
• Exposure to APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, or integration protocols
• Understanding of master data flows and cross-functional business processes
