Quality Assurance Engineer / Technician

• Experience:4-7 years in a reputable company focusing on Plastic Injection Molding, Machining, or Assembly lines.
• Education: Diploma or BE in Mechanical.
• Technical Expertise: Skilled in part inspection, measurement instruments, gauge planning, and Quality Tools.
  

The Role at a Glance -

As a QA Engineer/Technician, you will be the guardian of our quality standards. You will bridge the gap between production and customer satisfaction by ensuring every part and process meets the highest criteria for our OEM and Tier 1 customers.

Key Responsibilities -

• Audit & Adherence:Lead Line Side Reviews and perform Process Audits to ensure strict adherence to Control Plans.
• New Development:Manage inspections for new injection molding parts and handle tool releases.
• Systemic Problem Solving: Track open issues to systemic closure using 8D methodology and update the "Past Trouble" databases.
• Change Management: Enforce and manage 4M Change Management controls on the shop floor.
• Documentation & Tools: Create PRs and upload inspection reports in SAP, while maintaining the Master Action Plan for customer audits.
