Offline Marketing Head - North

• Reports to: CEO
• Span: North India
• Ownership: End-to-end Revenue & Growth for the region

Role Mandate:

Own and drive regional revenue growth by tightly integrating offline demand generation (BTL) with coordination for centre-level conversion and operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Ownership:

• Own top-line targets for North India across all centres
• Ensure predictable monthly revenue delivery with strong pipeline visibility

2. Offline Marketing (BTL) ROI:

• Plan and execute high-ROI offline campaigns (corporate tie-ups, business from PSUs / Govt departments, camps, local partnerships, doctor referrals)
• Own budget allocation and ROI tracking for all BTL spends
• Ensure tight linkage between leads generated and centre conversions

3. Team Leadership:

• Leads the offline marketing team
• Build a high-performance, target-driven culture

4. Performance Management:

• Track and improve:
• 1. Cost per lead (CPL) & cost per acquisition (CPA)
• 2. Revenue per centre, Revenue per team member
• 3. ROI on marketing spend (Revenue / Spend)

• Run weekly business reviews (WBRs) and daily dashboards

5. Market Development:

• Identify new micro-markets and expansion opportunities

• Build local partnerships with:
• 1. Doctors
• 2. Clinics
• 3. Corporates

Key KPIs:

• Revenue driven by Offline Marketing, Revenue per team member
• Marketing ROI (Revenue / Spend)
• Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
