About the Role:

The Project Lead will be responsible for leading search reputation management mandates, leveraging SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and search strategies to enhance brand visibility and influence search outcomes. The role requires a strong understanding of search ecosystems, reputation management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business and reputation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead search reputation management mandates, driving SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and search strategies to improve brand visibility and search outcomes.
• Develop and execute technical SEO, content, reverse SEO, and search reputation strategies based on data, search insights, and client objectives.
• Monitor search performance, algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, and competitor activity to proactively identify risks and optimize search reputation strategies.
• Coordinate with content, web, analytics, and client teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable improvements in search visibility, rankings, traffic, and search sentiment.
• Manage client relationships, project delivery, and reporting to ensure timely execution and achievement of reputation objectives.
• Experience with media monitoring, social listening, and digital intelligence tools.
• Ability to analyse online conversations and identify emerging reputation risks.

Desired Profile:

• 5-8 years of experience in search reputation management, digital reputation, SEO consulting, online reputation management, or digital communications.
• Experience developing search-led reputation strategies for corporate brands or high-profile clients.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), reverse SEO, search analytics, and AI-driven search ecosystems.
• Ability to interpret search insights and translate them into reputation management strategies.
• Excellent client management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
