Performance Marketing Lead - FMCG

Desired Candidate Details -

• MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges only
• Should have handled Ecommerce / Quick commerce platforms
• Team handling experience is Mandatory
• FMCG experience is Mandatory.
• Agency experience will be an advantage.

• This role is crucial for scaling our online sales channels, enhancing customer experience, optimizing web performance, and driving overall growth for the company.
• Lead Ecommerce will be leading Ecommerce strategy , Operations & execution.
• Responsible for P&L / Growth across Ecommerce platforms / Marketplaces.
• Closely working with performance marketing and analytics team for data driven solution.
• Handling digital shopper marketing programs.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.
