Role Overview Manager, Business Development
This role focuses on growing business in Mumbai by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing ones. Youll work closely with customers, partners, product, data, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Find new business opportunities and markets
- Identify and connect with the right decision-makers
- Generate leads through cold calls, meetings, and networking
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction and retention
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences
Partnerships & Marketing
- Build and manage strategic partnerships
- Negotiate and close partnership deals
- Support marketing activities like events and content when needed
What the Company is Looking For:

- 7-9 years of experience in B2B Sales or Alliances
- Experience in FinTech or Financial Services
- Experience selling technology-based solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

- Individual contributor role (team will be built later)
- Hybrid work model
- Requires extensive travel
- Performance-based bonus linked to KPIs
