Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and

delivering top IT talent for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of the IT

industry, a network of tech professionals, and a passion for finding the right candidates to meet our

clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, and social

networks) and other methods.

Screen and assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide guidance on

the hiring process.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.

Conduct interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate candidate offers and onboarding.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Stay updated on industry trends and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.

Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting IT talent across various roles (e.g., software

engineers, data scientists, network engineers).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of technical skill sets and programming languages.

Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.

Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
