Job Description

Experience

  • Overall 510 years of experience in IT / Tech hiring
  • 35 years of multi-faceted key account management and hiring experience with mid to large IT / Software Product Development firms
  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end Client Account Management, including ownership of client delivery, engagement, and escalation handling
  • Proven experience in team management, having led and mentored a team of 24 recruiters

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Account Management: Own and grow strategic client accounts; act as the single point of contact
  • Client Delivery & Engagement: Ensure timely, quality-driven delivery across IT and Non-Tech mandates
  • Talent Acquisition Leadership:
  • Hands-on involvement in IT/ Tech & Non-Tech hiring
  • Deep expertise in Boolean search strings, advanced search methodologies, and sourcing across multiple job portals
  • Ability to consistently identify high-quality, relevant resumes
  • Guide, train, and mentor team members on advanced sourcing techniques and best practices
  • Team Supervision & Mentoring: Performance management, coaching, and capability building of recruiters
  • Client Networking & Relationship Building: Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Market Intelligence: Strong understanding of talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring dynamics

  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High level of market knowledge across IT & Non-Tech domains
  • Ability to balance delivery, client expectations, and team performance

  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Location: Opposite Noida Electronic City Metro Station
