Your responsibilities will include writing, testing, and documenting technical work products according to organizational standards. You will focus on raising the quality and craftsmanship of products and systems, conducting root cause analysis to identify domain level problems, and designing self-contained systems within your team's domain. Additionally, you will lead implementations of significant capabilities in existing systems, coach team members to improve reliability, resiliency, security, and performance, and anticipate trouble areas in systems under development.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, along with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Knowledge of SAP Hana Modeling, ABAP, PI/PO, and S/4 HANA is highly desired. Strong technical skills in programming languages, frameworks, front end technologies, deployment technologies, source control, data management, integration/APIs technologies, and cloud providers will be beneficial for this position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects focusing on ECC to S/4HANA migration, integration, technical and reporting development across various modules on the SAP platform. You will collaborate closely with the SAP functional and project teams to implement and deploy changes, develop automation, process flows, and design and develop solutions to keep the core clean. Your expertise will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements to provide a world-class customer experience.
