Position: US CRE Live Underwriter

Shift: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Live Underwriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CRE Multifamily loan underwriting, CMBS guidelines, and financial analysis. This role involves evaluating loan transactions, reviewing financial documents, and supporting loan closing processes while ensuring compliance with underwriting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform underwriting for US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan transactions.
• Review and analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and lease agreements.
• Evaluate third-party reports such as appraisal, environmental, and title reports.
• Conduct basic market and property research to support underwriting decisions.
• Prepare detailed credit memos and underwriting summaries.
• Ensure adherence to CMBS guidelines and lending standards.
• Support loan closing and transaction management activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely deal execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in US CRE Live Underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of CRE Multifamily loan underwriting and CMBS guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments within defined timelines.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while delivering high-quality work and customer service.
