Role Overview

We are a leading AI research and talent platform, and our team is responsible for ensuring everyone using our platform has a delightful experience end-to-endfrom applying to job listings and taking our AI-led interviews, to accepting offers and getting paid for their hard work.
With thousands of users joining the platform each week, you will be responsible for giving them a speedy, delightful, and highly technical support experience. Because your conversations will often be the first interaction someone has with our platform, maintaining an enthusiastic, upbeat tone while writing at a native English-level proficiency is crucial. We use a lighthearted and informal tone in our support communication, while remaining highly professional and precise in our technical replies.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate user-reported issues end-to-end: reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and separate UX friction from model edge cases and system defects.
- Debug across our AI + SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, network inspection, and database queries to understand production behavior.
- Triage with sound judgmentescalate true engineering issues and resolve others via configuration, prompt refinement, or clear user guidance.
- Work directly with our engineering team to surface systemic patterns and product risks to leadership.
- Create clear documentation and runbooks to reduce repeat issues and improve resolution speed.
- Communicate with precision, professionalism, and empathy at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Troubleshooting: Strong ability to debug modern web applications. You likely have a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution, OR prior experience at a high-growth technology startup.
- Engineering Background: Experience building modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js, etc.) OR 25 years of experience supporting customers on complex web applications.
- AI Fluency: Highly comfortable with AI systems. You have played with LLMs, agents, or generative models.
- AI Debugging: Experience exploring the behavior of AI tools (fine-tuning, prompt chains, chain-of-thought debugging, or building agents), with the ability to understand model outputs, failure modes, hallucinations, and feedback loops.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with how modern AI APIs work (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or how agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.) function is a massive plus.
