Manager/Senior Manager - Business Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing - CA

• CA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in Hospitality or Manufacturing preferred
• Strong command of costing, P&L and financial analysis
• Dynamic leader with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of regional labour laws
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management and team-playing abilities
• Hands-on and business-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Operations & Management to provide real-time financial insights and support decision-making
• Own the Regional P&L, including variance analysis and corrective action plans
• Drive Balance Sheet hygiene and ensure all balances are properly substantiated
• Act as a bridge between the business and Corporate Finance functions including Treasury, Legal, Taxation & Corporate Finance
• Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with statutory and company policies
• Support process improvements and manage financial aspects of vendor & customer relationships
• Monitor and control business contracts
• Support project feasibility and investment decisions
• Coordinate and support Internal & Statutory Audits
• Drive cost control and provide actionable financial insights to the business
