General Manager - Business Architect - Real Estate

We are looking for professionals with 12-20 years of experience, holding a B.Arch and an MBA , for a leading premium real estate developer with over 20 million sq. ft. of projects shaping the skyline.
Role and Responsibilities:

1. Create early-stage product briefs that align with customer expectations, business objectives, and market trends.
2. Define unit mix, layouts, and amenity programs based on project positioning and targeted ROI.
3. Support feasibility studies by working with finance and planning teams to evaluate IRR, NPV, and pricing strategies.
4. Assess land parcels for acquisition, focusing on site potential and design-led yield optimization.
5. Collaborate with consultants to explore cost-efficient design options without compromising user experience (e.g., circulation, faade, landscape).
6. Lead value engineering efforts to rationalize high-cost design elements while preserving core design intent.
7. Recommend design efficiencies such as modular layouts or shared amenities to enhance buildability and project margins.
8. Ensure all designs reflect brand identity, regulatory requirements, and the overall business case.
9. Coordinate with consultants, design partners, and internal teams to drive alignment during the design development process.
10. Benchmark competitor offerings and incorporate insights into product planning, pricing, and feature strategy.
11. Capture and integrate customer feedback to continuously refine future product iterations and design direction.
12. Align closely with sales, marketing, project management, and finance to ensure the product strategy is executed effectively and presented to senior leadership.
