Assistant Manager: Up to 21 LPA

Manager: Up to 32 LPA

We are looking for professionals with relevant experience in Complex Securities Valuation, financial instruments, and quantitative financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Value complex financial products, including fixed income securities, convertible debt, options, warrants, derivatives, and other complex financial instruments.
• Analyse complex financial transactions and business situations using quantitative analytics and financial modelling techniques.
• Apply appropriate valuation methodologies and pricing models to assess the fair value of financial instruments.
• Perform quantitative analysis using techniques such as Monte Carlo simulations, Black-Scholes models, and options pricing theory.
• Utilize valuation tools such as Bloomberg and Numerix, where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified CA / MBA with relevant experience in complex securities valuation.
• 1 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Complex Securities Valuation.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, derivatives, options pricing, and quantitative valuation methodologies.
• Knowledge of mathematical finance, financial engineering, quantitative finance, or a related technical discipline.
• Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulations, Black-Scholes models, Bloomberg, and Numerix will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with direct experience in valuing complex financial instruments and applying quantitative valuation techniques are preferred. Experience should be relevant to complex securities valuation rather than routine back-office processing or operational activities.
