Associate Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate performance trends and outcomes.
• Generate comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and overcome operational obstacles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
• Maintain and update sales process documentation and operational guidelines.
• Provide support and training to sales personnel on operational systems and procedures.
• Monitor and manage sales system data integrity for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance sales operations efficiency.
• Work closely with senior analysts to ensure alignment of sales objectives and tactics.
• Support the implementation of new tools or technologies for sales operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and communication flow.
• Produce and maintain detailed records and sales databases for internal use.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and sales software tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
