Lead Product Manager - FinTech - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate complex business requirements into detailed product specifications to guide engineering and design teams toward high-quality, timely delivery.
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify new growth opportunities that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact to maximize return on investment.
- Partner with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure all product features adhere to stringent regulatory standards without compromising user experience.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of experimentation and rigorous data analysis across the product organization.
Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from conception to launch, with a proven track record of managing products with large-scale user bases.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and articulating a clear product vision to executive leadership.
- Deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including payment gateways, lending products, or digital banking architectures, supported by 7 - 12 years of relevant experience.
- Educational background from a premier institute, which provides the foundational rigor required to navigate complex business problems.
- High level of adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, hybrid office environment in Pune, where rapid iteration and collaborative problem-solving are the norms.
