Role Overview:
As a Product Lead for Digital Platforms based in Pune, you will serve as the strategic architect behind our next-generation digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for digital platforms to align with overarching business goals and market demands.
- Lead cross-functional squads through the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iterative optimization.
- Analyze complex user behavior data and market trends to identify opportunities for platform enhancement and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners to ensure digital initiatives are delivered on time and provide measurable value to the business.
- Champion digital transformation by integrating emerging technologies and agile methodologies to improve platform performance and user satisfaction.

- A solid educational foundation, preferably an MBA or an advanced degree from a premier institute, complemented by 7 - 12 years of experience in product management and digital transformation roles.
