Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Private Banker to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI). The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, portfolio management, and delivering customized investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new HNI / Ultra HNI clients and maintain strong relationships
- Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and achieve revenue targets
- Provide investment advisory across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, and other financial products
- Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews
- Track market trends and recommend suitable investment strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management and Investment Products
- Experience in handling HNI clients
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management skills
- Sales and target-driven mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial markets

- Graduation / Post Graduation (Finance preferred)
- AMFI / IRDA / NISM certification (preferred)
- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Wealth Management firms
