Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Head - North
Location: Gurgaon (KTY), India
Experience: 10-15 years
Reporting To: National Sales Head / Business Head
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Head - North to lead and scale our sales operations across the North India region.
- The role involves driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding market presence across key territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive regional sales strategy and execution for North India

- Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets across assigned geographies
- Build, lead, and mentor regional sales teams, including Area / Zonal Sales Managers
- Develop and manage key accounts, distributors, and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for effective go-to-market plans
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines; ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure strong customer relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies
Key Requirements:
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably in B2B / Consumer / Enterprise sales

- Proven track record of managing large regional sales teams and delivering consistent growth
- Strong understanding of North India markets and customer dynamics
- Experience in channel sales, distributor management, and key account handling
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or General Management
- Experience in scaling businesses or launching new regions is a plus
