Reporting To: Regional / National Sales Head
Role Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven Regional Sales Manager - West to manage and grow sales operations across the Western India region.
This role will focus on achieving revenue targets, managing regional sales teams, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Manage and lead regional sales teams, including Area / Territory Sales Managers
- Drive key account management and develop long-term client relationships

- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
- Work closely with marketing and product teams on go-to-market execution
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines; ensure timely reporting
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor competitor activity and regional market trends
