Description
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic holiday homes administrator to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our holiday homes properties. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, quick learners, and ready to join immediately.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing holiday home bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of property details, availability, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for guests.
- Support administrative tasks, including preparing basic reports and updating property listings.
- Learn and follow Dubai regulations and company policies for short-term rentals.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal work experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of property management software is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Available to join immediately.
