Insights Assistant Manager

Organization Unit Purpose

• Build & publish the dashboard and MI reports to the stakeholders on the key performance objectives in a timely, reliable, and simple manner.
• Support Business with strategic data analytics projects, deep dives, simulation, etc. to deliver Insights to business leaders.
• Digitize & Automate the MI reports, data capture, workflows etc., through competent BI Solutions to have efficiency gains.
• Manage computation of key performance indicators and process incentive pay out for business units.

• Single point of contact for stakeholders with dedicated support to facilitate any BI related requests and provide valuable and intelligent insights.
• Deliver proactive strategic data analytics to business units on trends, improvement opportunities, etc through simulations and models.
• Identify initiatives and process gaps as a thought partner to Operation leaders to support them in meeting their business objectives in line with the vision of the organization.
• Work in collaboration with Performance Management & Solution teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks to business units.
• Proactively strive to continuously self-develop necessary knowledge & skills to perform the job role.
• Maintain basic work hygiene to ensure well-organized delivery of tasks assigned.
• Act as a backup for team members to ensure smooth functioning of work as and when required.

MIS Reporting

• BAU reporting as per SOW.
• Set up MIS for new unit/process.
• Ensure set up of timely, reliable, simple and insightful MI on key performance indicators as per SOW using appropriate BI solutions.
• Set up MIS deliverables for new transitioned units / process to Tanfeeth. Responsible to handle all Procurement Payments related Supplier / Customer / Stake holders’ e-mails / queries and communications.
• Any other support required by any team member of Procurement Operations Team

• Proactive Strategic Data Analytics
• Proactively perform simulation and models to predict the results on the key objectives and provide intelligent insights to Operations Leader
• Support Strategy Implementation team to deliver.
• Flagship projects in line with the organization objectives.

• Effective Stakeholder Management
• Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables effectively and enhance internal customer experience.
• Facilitate queries and concerns from business units with respect to MI reporting.
• Partner and collaborate with internal BI units to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks to business units.

• Skill development
• Demonstrate role model behavior by providing outstanding support to the team as and when required.
• Demonstrate the willingness to acquire necessary skills to enhance the performance.

• Cross Skilling
• To be cross skilled within the team to be able to handle multiple processes as and when required.
• Support the team members by acting as back up.

Education

Graduate in Math, Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance etc

Any Professional Certification Required

Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, Business Analytics, PMP

Skills - Technical & Professional

• Min. 5 years of experience on the Business Intelligence domain
• Exposure to Banking domain
• Hands on experience in Data Modelling and Advanced Analytics, Project Management
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Good knowledge on tools like VBA, Power BI, Qlikview, SAS, SQL etc.,
• Effective collaboration with the team and stakeholder
