Role & responsibilities
1. Billing
- Billing on time without delay.
- Ensure Minimum time for billing & ensuring zero deviation.
2. Cashiering
- Revenue reconciliation
- Maintaining Collection & deposit details
- GVs redemption-Filling all important documents & their maintenance
- Ensuring check deposit including GH & other post dated Chq
- GHA/RGA Accounting-Settlement of all CC
- Keep all records of all GH a/c.
- Maintaining details of all Bounced Chq
- Settlement of all CC
3. Process Compliance
- Update all STM, GR, Poss. Master
- To check TEP / GEP while taking from RSO
- To maintain TEP / GEP a/c
4. Reporting
- Sales Metrics
- Deposit statement
- Revenue ledger
- commercial reports, Store Audits
- Leaning & Other activities.
Preferred candidate profile
0-1 years experence on Cashiering with keen to lean new activities.
