Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professionalexperience to drive end-to-end hiring across business and functional roles. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role specifications and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche and critical positions.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews, drive feedback closure and manage the candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, offer rollout and pre-joining engagement.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring dashboards and position closures.
• Support walk-in drives, bulk hiring and recruitment campaigns as required.
• Develop market intelligence and talent mapping for critical skill areas.

Candidate Profile

• 4–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Get Hired
• Strong experience in end-to-end hiring and direct sourcing.
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Aerospace or Defence sectors preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri/Resdex.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Good understanding of compensation, offer negotiation and recruitment processes.
• Ability to independently manage multiple positions and deliver within timelines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
