Role Overview:

Circle Manager will be responsible for driving life insurance business through HDFC Bank branches within the assigned circle. The role involves managing branch relationships, ensuring sales target achievement, and leading a team of Relationship Managers to maximize business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Tata AIA Life Insurance products through HDFC Bank Branch Banking channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HDFC Bank branch staff and leadership.
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers/Business Development Executives to achieve circle-level targets.
• Ensure smooth implementation of bancassurance processes and compliance guidelines.
• Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for branch staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Monitor daily sales performance, analyze MIS reports, and take corrective actions.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling within the branch network.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate.
• 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in life insurance/banking/sales & financial services.
• Prior experience in managing bancassurance partnerships will be an added advantage.
