Role Overview :
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Tata AIA Life Insurance products through Federal Bank branches. The role involves managing branch relationships, supporting frontline sales executives (FLS), and ensuring achievement of assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of life insurance products through Federal Banks branch network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Federal Bank branch staff and leadership.
- Support and guide Frontline Sales Executives (FLS) to achieve individual and branch-level targets.
- Conduct regular training and joint calls with FLS and bank staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze MIS reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines in all sales processes.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling within the banca channel.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in life insurance/banking/financial services.
- Prior experience in bancassurance partnerships or Key Account Management will be an added advantage.
