- Dealing with Third-Party claims cases of MACT & EC cases.
- Represent the company and adduce evidence on behalf of the company before the MACT
- File reviewing & Proposal Drafting for Approval to Compromise
- Cooperate & Deal with Panel Advocates
- Reviewed and verified potential fraudulent claims (Cheque Dishonour, Break-in, Vehicle/Driver Implant).
- Coordinated with regional teams for documentation post-court awards and compromise cases, ensuring timely claim payments.
- Generated and shared daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports with legal officers, regional managers, and top management. Managed exoneration process and ensured adequate reserves for MACT & WC claims.
- Collaborated with advocates for WS vetting, evidence submission, and court appearances.

- Supervised panel advocates and investigators in handling MACT/WC claims, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
- Monitored registration, reserves, and settlement of legal claims, focusing on high value third-party (TP) claims.
- Ensured timely TAT for claim registrations, advocate deputations, and compliance with court orders.
- Support panel advocates in cross-examinations, evidence submission, and loss minimization. Processed court awards in system and ensured timely claim settlements.
